Particulars in regard to the organisation.

The method of selection, and the

qualifications of, propagandists and representatives.

Article 24.

The representatives of a religious society

must report the names and addresses of its propagandists

to the Governor of the Prefecture without delay. A report

must also be made to the Governor of the Frefecture when

changes are made in the particulars reported.

Article 25.

The provisions of Articles 16 to 18 and

of paragraph 1 of Article 20 are applicable mutatis mutandis

to religious societies or their representatives or

propagandists.

Article 26.

When a preacher or propagandist has acted

contrary to a restriction, prohibition or suspension of

his functions provided for by Article 16 (including cases

under Article 25), or to a suspension of his functions in

accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 17 (including cases under the preceding article), he

shall be punished by penal servitude or imprisonment for not

more than six months or by a fine of not more than 500 yen.

When a restriction or prohibition in

accordance with the provisions of Article 16 (including cases

under Article 25) is imposed on a religious body or a

religious society, the representatives of the religious body

or religious society concerned, or persons holding office

in any other organs thereof, or the preachers thereof, or

the propagandiste shall also be punished as provided for

in the preceding paragraph when they have performed such

acts/
